Green Climate Fund Approves Project Preparation for Matanataki Pacific Fund 1

The Matanataki Pacific Fund 1 is a proposed US$50 million climate adaptation and gender-equity impact fund designed to strengthen climate resilience across Pacific Island communities. Supported through project preparation funding from the Green Climate Fund (GCF), the initiative aims to channel capital into Pacific-owned businesses that deliver both social impact and climate adaptation outcomes.
